Cris contacted me on Monday. I had reported the issue on Sunday, hence the response was prompt. Cris was also able to arrange the technician to come at my preferred time – Tuesday morning. Kenny the technician who came was experienced, he pre-empted the issue bringing with him a spare motor, he then repaired and tested, all within 30 minutes. It was a wonderful experience with this team.
