Our De’Longhi coffee machine failed for the fourth time (previously serviced 2 times by the old service centre at Jln Pemimpin), so we were about to give up. Having noticed that DWS is now the new De’Longhi service centre, we decided to try one last time and were thankful we did.
DWS provided excellent service, always quick to follow up and make arrangements. Their expert technicians worked hard to diagnose and fix our machine, and the professional service crew always followed up quickly and made fast arrangements for delivery. Currently we are able to make good coffee again. Will definitely recommend to approach them if your De’Longhi machine has an issue.

Thank you for the help over Whatsapp and the prompt service and updates given. Really appreciate how helpful the staff were and the ease in dropping off and collecting the machine. We were given updates and shown a video of the repairs done. The 3 month post-repair warranty is also great and hopefully, we will not need to use it!

The team at DWS was super professional, advising on the timeline and briefing about the issue after the assessment. The process took a while as they needed to order a replacement part but I scheduled the repair during my holidays so that was fine:) overall super happy with the service, communication and cost of work!
