Excellent service by DWS. The repairing process of my espresso machine from start to finish went smoothly. They reverted back to me on time for the various milestones they set & my machine was repaired according to their expected schedule. They even went to the extent of cleaning my machine of obvious coffee stains that I hadn’t bothered to scrub off. Thanks so much for the excellent service, DWS!
