Good experience dealing with the staff for the repair of my Toshiba washer which is still under warranty. They responded with a time slot on the same day that I contacted the service center. They even brought forward the appointment to right after the Lunar New Year holiday.

Kenny, the technician, was very experienced and skillful and got the job done very quickly like within half an hour. He also gave me advice regarding how to maintain the washer to keep it in good running condition. A very pleasant guy, not forgetting that it was the third day of the Lunar New Year.

On the whole, I am very impressed by the professionalism shown by the staff. Keep it up!
