I feel good the moment I step into Delonghi Service Centre. The setup is neat and tidy.

The response from enquiry to updating the progress of the repair is timely. This shows good teamwork from the technician that does a good job with quick repair to the front desk personnel with good service and customer service staff with good follow up. The cost of repair is also reasonable. Kudos to the whole team with good customer service. The coffee machine was returned wrapped up which is a good approach.
