Inaccurate information on the internet

Inaccurate information on the internet had me take my 4 month old broken Kenwood blender to the regional sales office in The Concourse Building, Beach Road and not the service centre in Woodlands. This needs to be corrected. However I was lucky enough to meet the area Sales manager who arranged for device to be sent to the service centre. Happily the defective part was replaced and the blender was delivered back to my home address within 2 weeks. So I consider this to be excellent ‘service recovery’ and am very grateful for that.
