My blender was leaking and I sent it to them for a repair. They fixed the issue and explained it well to me within a week. Counter staff and Whatsapp staff were pleasant and helpful. The only negative point is that they are only open during weekday office hours. Difficult to deposit or pickup items if you are also working during weekday office hours.
