My Delonghi S coffee machine

My Delonghi S coffee machine stopped working one morning and I was worried I’ll need to buy a new one. The team at DWS was super professional, advising on the timeline and briefing about the issue after the assessment. The process took a while as they needed to order a replacement part but I scheduled the repair during my holidays so that was fine:) overall super happy with the service, communication and cost of work!
