My Washing machine broke down

My Washing machine broke down just before CNY and I couldn’t get thru via phone after their opening hrs after CNY.I sent email and got contacted via Whatsapp.
Finally got appt on 7/2 ; confirmation time when I could not be home but my son was in.They asked for photo and video of my machine issues which helped pinpoint the problem.
Technician called up 30 mins before arrival.My son said he was efficient,check and tested the machine,then replaced the motor.Ran the machine and cleaned up well too. Happy with the service.
