Our De’Longhi coffee machine failed

Our De’Longhi coffee machine failed for the fourth time (previously serviced 2 times by the old service centre at Jln Pemimpin), so we were about to give up. Having noticed that DWS is now the new De’Longhi service centre, we decided to try one last time and were thankful we did.

DWS provided excellent service, always quick to follow up and make arrangements. Their expert technicians worked hard to diagnose and fix our machine, and the professional service crew always followed up quickly and made fast arrangements for delivery. Currently we are able to make good coffee again. Will definitely recommend to approach them if your De’Longhi machine has an issue.
