Service was prompt and efficient. Technician that came down was very neat and tidy too. Cleaned up any mess made on the floor and took the initiative to shift back washing machine/other things that were displaced during the repair. Technician also came down well within the timeframe given.
Other feedback would be the Toshiba app does not have the latest hotline number and customers have to google for the latest one instead. Better time estimate could be given on technician’s ETA, when possible, so that customer’s expectations can be managed better.
