Some buttons on my Delonghi

Some buttons on my Delonghi La Specialista broke by accident and requires replacement.
I bought the spare parts thinking that I can replace myself but I was sadly mistaken.
Brought in for repairs and the part was replaced accordingly by the technician.
Everything went well.
My only request is for them to provide an express service (with surcharge) so that I don’t have to make 2 trips (1 to deliver and 1 to return).

Otherwise, I am perfectly happy with the service provided.
