They have superb customer service. Their response almost immediate regarding my warranty claim for my Toshiba washing machine. Response onsite also very fast.

A word of advice; please inform them exactly what is the issue so that they can bring the necessary parts or know exactly what to do. This will save a lot of time for both parties.
